Welcome to the Official Seashell North Coast mobile application for iOS. Using the app, you can:
· Explore the entire project through our GIS powered dynamic map.
· View within the map phases, facilities, all roads leading to Seashell North Coast, project entrances, and nearby landmarks.
· Tap on any building or area to find out what it is.
· Intelligent, project wide search of all areas, buildings and landmarks.
· Get driving directions from anywhere to Seashell North Coast as well as Getting Around Seashell North Coast.
· You have the ability to download offline maps as well as explore and navigate through our development.
· View residential phases, all their unit types, renders, floor plans, and locate each area on the dynamic map.
· Browse virtual tours, videos, photographs and view latest construction updates.

Personal notes:

Seashell North Coast was a sister company of Newgiza, and thus; a replica application was developed following the same general design.

In addition to having most features as the Newgiza mobile app, this app deviated from the former by introducing some unique features to the interactive maps specific to the Seashell development.

Additionally, this app served two neighbouring developments; Seashell & Seashell PLAYA. This was achieved by having the app serve two discrete data containers that can be switched between seamlessly at runtime.
